We have established a clear, transparent, and fair return policy to provide you with a straightforward and trustworthy shopping experience. This policy is the single, authoritative source for all returns, refunds, and cancellations.


General Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible, your return must meet the conditions outlined below.

Note: This policy supersedes any and all previous return or refund terms mentioned on other pages of this website, including our Terms and Conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team at info@palmknit.com or +447723854773 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your original order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags that were included.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Conditions for a Valid Return

For a return to be accepted and a refund to be processed, the item must be in its original condition. This means the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Free of any damage, stains, pet hair, or distinct odors.
  • Returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable unless it’s due to our fault.
Original Shipping Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at no cost if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number.
  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as the order may have already entered the shipping process. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund  will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging.
  3. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
