Palm Knit Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Handling

Our goal is to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Countries:

We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

Delivery Times: 

  • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Delays: Allow up to 2 extra days, then contact us with your tracking number.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or failure to pay customs fees, the customer will be contacted to arrange for re-shipment at their own expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
